QB Men's Ministry is designed to connect and equip men for a
Biblically-based Christian walk. Opportunities for
connecting include Bible study, seminars, and special
events to create friendships and sense of belonging. All men are welcome.
QB is now on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings!
Join us for The Quest for Authentic Manhood starting September 20.
The "Quest" is a 24-week series that focuses on the primary issues that shapea man's life; explores in depth the biblical concept of manhood; and provides practical building blocks for any man to use to construct himself a nobler, more satisfying manhood. This DVD series was created by Robert Lewis, renowned pastor-at-large of Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, AR, author and founder of Men's Fraternity, a ministry which teaches men how to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God .
This series employs a very simple format. Each session starts with a DVD of Lewis presenting the week's subject matter. Then, small groups of guys meet to discuss questions relating to the material and encourage each other (and usually bond for the duration of the series). Each session is scheduled for 90 minutes and there is no formal closing. Guys are invited to keep the discussions going as long as they want.
So set your mental alarm clock to join us at Christ Community Church every Saturday morning from 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. New this year is the addition of a repeat session on the Wednesday evening following from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
