About UsHistoryChrist Community Church of Plainfield was formed in 1983 in Naperville, Illinois. In 1999, the congregation moved to Plainfield, Illinois where the Ministry Center was constructed. The first worship service was held in the sanctuary November 9, 2003. Christ Community Church of Plainfield is dedicated to helping people discover a meaningful community and a place to connect while taking steps in a maturing relationship with Jesus Christ. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, you will find a warm accepting atmosphere. Come join people of all ages—families with small children, younger and older adults from many backgrounds.
